Since 2015, Havelock has supported more than 2,000 individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness, across a wide range of circumstances including rough sleeping, domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, disability and youth homelessness. Today, Havelock manages hundreds of active tenancies providing stable and affordable housing to residents across the territory.

Tenancy Support Coordinator in Canberra ACT

Tenancy Support Coordinator – Full Time

We’re in search of an individuals who embody:

  • A profound passion for community and a commitment to serving others.
    Genuine empathy for individuals experiencing vulnerable housing situations.

  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude – someone ready to tackle challenges head-on.

  • A natural curiosity and a sharp eye for details.

  • Outstanding teamwork skills.

  • Previous experience in community settings, customer service, or case management would be a definite advantage.

  • An understanding of the NDIS environment, including working with participants, support coordinators, occupational therapists and other allied health or disability-support providers.

  • Knowledge or experience relating to disability modifications, accessibility requirements and reasonable adjustments within residential properties, including coordinating or supporting property modifications.

  • Property Managers looking to branch into community services are encouraged to apply
