Our housing options are income based rents. Traditionally this means 25% of your fortnightly income plus eligible commonwealth rent assistance.

We can manage your tenants and your investment property for you. If you would like us to manage your investment property as community housing, please contact us at info@havelock.org.au, and we will guide you through the process of listing your home with Havelock Housing Limited.

The primary question that will affect your housing options is whether or not you require 24/7 support and currently have supported independent Living (SIL) approved in your plan. Take a look at the Disability Housing Hub for more details.
