Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) is part of an NDIS Plan for people who have very high support needs. It ensures that people with disability can be as independent as possible, and have their choice of housing options. With the right support, NDIS participants may be able to move into their own home, leave a group home to live independently, or leave the family home for the first time.
How do I apply for SDA?
Havelock Housing can assist you with specialist disability accommodation homes. Our application form is on our website, and can be filled in by you, or a legal guardian. Your NDIS Support Coordinator should be able to help you with detailed information on what your NDIS Plan will be able to cover.
